This Privacy Policy explains how FunFluentJP ("we", "us") handles information on our pre-launch website at funfluentjp.com. This is a coming-soon page; the full learning platform is still in development.
Information we collect
- Waitlist details. When you join our waitlist, you submit your email address (and any information you choose to add) through an embedded Google Form. This information is processed and stored by Google on our behalf.
- Basic analytics. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, a privacy-friendly, cookieless service, to understand aggregate page traffic. It does not use cookies, does not fingerprint visitors, and does not collect personally identifiable information.
How we use your information
- To notify you when FunFluentJP launches and to share early-access perks for waitlist members.
- To respond to questions you send us through the waitlist form.
- To understand, in aggregate, how our page is performing so we can improve it.
We do not sell your personal information, and we will not send you unrelated marketing.
Third-party services
Our waitlist form is provided by Google (Google Forms) and our analytics by Cloudflare. Your use of these features is also subject to their respective privacy policies:
Data retention
We keep waitlist emails until launch and for a reasonable period afterwards to complete the launch announcement, then remove those we no longer need.
Your choices
You can ask us to remove your email from the waitlist at any time by contacting us through the waitlist form. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights over your personal data, such as access, correction, or deletion.
Children
This page is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the product develops. When we do, we'll revise the "last updated" date above.
