Welcome to FunFluentJP. These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of our pre-launch website at funfluentjp.com (the "Site"). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms.

The Site is a preview

The Site is a coming-soon page for a Japanese/JLPT learning platform that is still in development. Features described here are planned and may change, be delayed, or not ship exactly as shown. Nothing on the Site is a binding promise of a specific product, price, or launch date.

Joining the waitlist

You may submit your email address to be notified about the launch. Please provide accurate information and only submit an email you are authorised to use. Your submission is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

Acceptable use

• Don't use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in a way that could damage or disrupt it.
• Don't attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site or its underlying systems.
• Don't submit content that is abusive, misleading, or infringes others' rights.

Intellectual property

The FunFluentJP name, logo, text, and graphics on the Site are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by applicable laws. You may not copy or reuse them without permission, except as allowed by law.

Third-party services and links

The Site embeds a Google Form for the waitlist and uses Cloudflare Web Analytics, and may link to third-party sites. We are not responsible for the content or practices of those third parties, and their own terms apply to your use of their services.

Disclaimer & limitation of liability

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site.

Changes

We may update these Terms as the product develops. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
